I had ordered an white forest cake through an online cake delivery app, the time slot was within 5 hrs delivery, these people took almost 7 hrs to get the cake delivered( that toothru repeated calling to customer care). Not only that, the cake was damaged from side loosing it's circle shape ruining everything. Now coming to taste, the cream was okay, but the sponge tasted awful as it seemed old deep freezed one, not at all fresh cake. Extremely irresponsible n unprofessional shameful act from their side.

My order was a birthday cake for my son's first birthday.the experience was superb in all respects. Cake design proposal was from our end and they succeeded in full filling it 101%. Most importantly the flavour was Soo good with chocolate in fills.The packing was well and functional as well.Good service ! Go for it!
